How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your account
• To provide parcel tracking and logistics services
• To send OTP verification codes to your email
• To save and display your personal parcel list
• To remember your language and display preferences
• To improve our application and services

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We do not store passwords — authentication is handled via one-time codes (OTP) sent to your email.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared only in the following circumstances:

• With our database provider (Supabase) for storage and authentication
• With email service providers (Resend) to send verification codes
• When required by law or legal process

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at the email address below. We will process your request within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

YAS Go is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
